Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Southlake, TX. You will hire, supervise, and develop staff to meet financial and guest-service goals while upholding Panda's culture and standards.

You will begin with our leadership training, advance through required evaluations and a GM certification, and have opportunities for promotion within the Panda family. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and community impact.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
This role is designed to prepare you for promotion to General Manager through Panda's leadership path.
Participates in store leadership training and fulfills evaluations and certifications.
