Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a Texas store. You will oversee opening and closing, manage staff, and drive guest satisfaction while pursuing the company’s leadership development track toward a future General Manager role.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and can progress through the GM certification (GO100) and promotion steps. Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Serve Safe certification for food safety.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
Lead store initiatives and training as part of the leadership development path toward General Manager.
Oversee implementation of Panda's operations, culture and leadership expectations.
