Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Texas. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to hit financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As part of our General Manager development path, you will undergo an extensive leadership training program with 12+ weeks of hands-on instruction and evaluations, preparing you for future advancement within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Open/close shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified required or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead training and development through our leadership program and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
