Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will complete a comprehensive leadership training program, participate in the GM development path, and have opportunities for advancement within a supportive Panda community. This full-time role is based in Midlothian, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; participate in the General Manager development path.
• Complete 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification GO100.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food handling standards.
