Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Mission, Texas. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals, and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Manager on the General Manager development path. A 12+ week leadership training program is provided, followed by GM certification GO100 and promotion opportunities within Panda

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Externally hired leaders begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Manager as part of our GM development path.
• 12+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success and progression toward a GM certification (GO100).
