Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Plano, TX Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll start in a leadership training track designed to prepare you for future General Manager responsibilities.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within Panda’s store leadership program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified under Food Safety.
• ADA accommodations may be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead the 12+ week leadership training pathway designed to prepare for future General Manager responsibilities.
• Support and participate in the GM development path and ongoing leadership development within Panda.
