Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, supervise, and direct associates to deliver exceptional service and store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and lead the team to success.
