Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is devoted to development through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community.

You will be in charge of a single store’s operation, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial targets while ensuring exemplary guest experiences. Training of 8+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
