Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program, mentorship and support from our Panda community to help you succeed in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
