You will manage staffing, training, inventory, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards, while building a fun, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Proven supervisory skills with capability to train and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute selling strategies to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and store operations in compliance with policy.
• Develop and train store team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Oversee product merchandising, inventory, and vendor standards.
