Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Atlanta. The role drives performance, delivers exceptional customer service, and leads a team to meet sales goals.

As a key leader, you will manage busy periods, ensure store standards, and promote the brand across a high-volume environment. You’ll oversee staffing, training, and daily operations, while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or supervisory role.
• Ability to manage team scheduling and staff performance.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns when Store Manager is not present.
• Develop and lead store associates through training programs and performance follow-ups.
• Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
• Execute store merchandising, signage, and visual standards.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
