Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Atlanta to lead daily store operations, train staff, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, in-store experiences, and adherence to policies to ensure strong results.

The role emphasizes team leadership, brand representation, and the ability to resolve issues on the floor to maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings in the Manager's absence.
• Create a fun, productive environment and align staff with company objectives and brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including extra shifts during peak periods.
• Open and close the store following Operations guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory and assets.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
