You will coach bear builders and sales associates, manage payroll, scheduling, and inventory, while upholding brand standards and company policies. Responsibilities include hiring decisions, setting weekly schedules with support from the Assistant Workshop Manager, overseeing merchandising, safety, and store operations, and

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer‑centric business.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).
• 2–4 years of store management experience (preferred).
• Associate’s degree or higher in business, management, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).
