Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, including Store Manager experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ownership mindset and accountability.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision and strategy to prioritize a customer-centered culture and drive results.
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Oversee payroll, schedules and store operations to meet sales goals.
• Lead by example, setting expectations and providing feedback.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store reflecting brand standards.
• Engage with the community through in-store events and partnerships.
