Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience with 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best.
