Job summary

Soma in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model customer service. You’ll set the tone for brand standards and foster a welcoming, hospitality-driven shopping experience.

You will coach associates, share product knowledge, support scheduling, and manage cash handling and inventory. The role requires 2 years of retail leadership, 18+, flexible availability (nights/weekends), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Create a positive work environment through teamwork.
