Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Auburn Hills, MI to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, drive sales, and embody the Pandora brand on the floor.

You will build brand loyalty through product knowledge, performance coaching, and strong leadership in a fast-paced in-store environment that rewards teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking and results.
• Skilled in recruiting, retaining and developing top teams (succession planning).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• Must be 18+ with identity and work eligibility.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates on the sales floor.
• Drive store sales and exceed targets by building genuine connections with fans.
• Model Pandora brand standards and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Collaborate with HR and divisional leadership on talent development and policies.
• Oversee visual merchandising, operations, and timely execution of directives.
