• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales performance.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage employees.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and store management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and KPI targets.
• Lead by example through active customer engagement and consultative selling.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor and ensure customer experience standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and policy compliance.
• Ensure showroom excellence through merchandising, display accuracy, and store presentation.
• Monitor inventory, product flow, and coordination with warehouse and distribution.
• Manage financial performance including P&L, payroll, expenses, and cash handling.
• Execute marketing initiatives and community outreach to drive traffic.
