• Support store operations in line with company policies and performance standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Provide performance feedback and manage employee relations as needed.
• Supervise store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through professional service and showroom presentation.
• Assist with showroom organization, product placement, and displaying merchandise effectively.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and promotional support.
• Oversee credit/collections and ensure policy compliance and accuracy of documentation.
• Manage customer accounts, contracts, and deposits with accuracy.
• Maintain cash handling, payments, deposits, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure privacy of customer information and compliant data handling.
• Support administrative tasks and daily store organization.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and assist with light merchandise handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
