• Meet budgets in sales, expenses, all P&L categories, metrics, and store contribution.
• Deliver a hassle-free and personalized athlete experience and stay informed on industry and community trends.
• Lead interview/hiring and build a diverse store team.
• Recruit within the community to reflect the store's demographics.
• Onboard and develop teammates with clear roles and growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute annual game plans, schedules, and visual standards to ensure a safe, clean store.
