Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis.
• Lead interview and hiring processes, building a diverse and effective store team.
• Ensure floor sets, visual standards, cleanliness, and safety across the store.
• Foster community involvement and build relationships with local leaders.
• Manage shrink through compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
• Develop and coach team members, infusing learning into day-to-day leadership.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
