Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Monitor sales performance and drive results, addressing opportunities.
• Manage payroll, shrink, and operating expenses with controls.
• Ensure inventory control and compliance with shrink prevention standards.
• Recruit, coach, onboard, and develop store associates as needed.
• Direct and supervise staff in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and provide ongoing feedback.
