Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver results that align with our brand standards. You will focus on sales growth, scheduling optimization, and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices).
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each work shift with or without an accommodation.
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability for the store and meet key objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time business decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maximize presentation and brand standards.
• Support omni-channel efforts and participate in campaigns and athlete contests.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to reinforce policies and procedures.
