Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead by example, develop your team, and ensure consistency with brand standards while creating a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to train and coach employees to deliver great service.
• Strong drive to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Familiarity with omni-channel retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement recruiting, hiring, training, guest services, merchandising, and store ops standards.
• Execute plans to drive KPIs and maximize profitability.
• Enhance brand loyalty by enabling a friendly, authentic customer interaction.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales staff, store leadership and corporate partners.
• Maintain high customer focus and lead by example with clear communication.
• Ensure visual standards are followed and product knowledge is shared.
