You will coach a diverse team, manage opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation. Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.
• Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment.
• Interest in pursuing long term career growth in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset and provide solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Move with purpose to keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and products.
• Take an owner/operator mindset and address issues while maintaining standards and store execution.
• Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and support efficient operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
