Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Crossroads Store Manager in Waterloo, IA to guide store activities from donation intake to sales, supervise staff, manage cash handling, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years military service or related full-time employment (supervisory preferred)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Utility Workers, and Team Leads.
• Delegates assignments and guides staff toward store goals and policy changes.
• Maintains leadership by enforcing best practices and SOPs.
• Provides comprehensive training on duties, policies, and compliance.
• Ensures safety, security, and quality standards; CARF compliance awareness.
• Oversees merchandise quality, production output, and customer service quality.
• Handles cash registers, deposits, and related paperwork.
• Sets vision for merchandising, inventory, and customer relations.
• Interacts with donors and customers to uphold Goodwill standards.
• Is available during nontraditional hours and travels to other locations as needed.
