Job summary

POP MART in Livermore, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide store operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You'll lead as Leader on Duty, drive sales, manage inventory, support visual merchandising, and promote exclusive collections while building a welcoming, inclusive environment for shoppers and staff alike. Must have 1+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and comfort with fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Sales Associates.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and influence store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Leader on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and improve conversion and ATV.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
