CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability across one or more retail locations. You will drive sales, customer service, and compliance while managing staff and coordinating district training.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously, and provide store leadership.
• Must have own transportation and valid Driver’s License with insurance.
• Commitment to values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet needs.
• Respond to customer questions and escalate unresolved issues.
• Handle cash drawers, deposits, and daily cash balancing.
• Verify customer information and process transactions per policy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate training to achieve store targets and metric goals.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers in the district.
