Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail grocery store preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with merchandising by staging, stocking and pricing per store direction.
• Assists in all aspects of inventory management and prepares inventories.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Maintains store safety, cash control and security practices.
