Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail grocery store strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with store merchandising by staging, stocking and storage of merchandise; ensures presentation according to established practices.
• Assists in all aspects of inventory management and prepares inventories.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides customer service leadership.
• Follows company procedures and policies as outlined in handbook and SOPs.
• Participates in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensures security of company funds and cash control procedures.
• Maintains clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment for customers and employees.
• Opens in absence of Store Manager and reviews operating statements for trends and opportunities.
