Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising and stock management per directives.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Ensure in-stock targets through prescribed ordering.
• Provide customer service leadership and store operations.
• Assist in opening/closing and cash handling controls.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Complete all required paperwork on time.
