This temporary role aims to develop an external candidate for the Store Manager position and is limited in duration.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring financial integrity through cash handling and deposits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and store processes.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and shrink control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Participate in opening/closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of funds and cashier accountability.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Complete required paperwork on time.
