Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish skills may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store according to laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps or counseling as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate expectations and coordinate safety, security and policy training.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and staffing levels.
