Responsibilities

Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel or terminate when needed.
Make recommendations on pay rates and advancement.
Communicate performance, safety and policy expectations; coordinate meetings.
Open and close the store at least twice weekly.
Review sales, profitability and inventory trends to identify opportunities.
Order to meet or exceed in-stock targets and manage cycles/BSR.
