Job summary

Aafes Fort Bragg Exchange seeks a Retail Management Supervisor to oversee branch operations, supervise staff, manage inventories, and monitor financial performance in a high-volume setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, training, and strict adherence to environmental and loss-prevention standards. Onsite work is required with customer-focused supervision and compliance oversight.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
• Or: Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in the listed management roles within the last five years.
• Degree (one of): BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred.

Job description

Provides supervision to staff while overseeing the operations of a branch store to include financials, sales promotions, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. Strict environmental rules and regulations apply. Some command relations may be required.As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.

Job Qualifications
