Job summary

The Exchange in Fort Carson, Colorado is seeking a capable retail operations manager to plan, direct, and optimize store performance across merchandising, selling, stocking, promotion, and reordering. This volume-based role requires sustaining sales in line with published standards.

You will lead a team, establish financial goals, strive for high customer satisfaction, and ensure staffing, training, and scheduling to support growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management experience within last five years.
• Or Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years.

• Oversees the operations of a retail branch store.
• Establishes financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns, and inventory.
• Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises, trains, develops, hires, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
