Qualifications

• Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
• Or: Bachelor's degree and two years of experience as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
• Onsite work at Fort Bragg Exchange - North Carolina; Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff.
• Inventory management.

• Staff development and mentoring.
• Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
