Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager for a new Conway location. You will lead on-site operations, drive sales, manage teams, and own customer experience while partnering with district leadership to achieve profitability and safety goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using POS systems and store performance data.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule incl. weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance, engagement, and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue growth, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system, including receiving, invoicing, returns, core returns, and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism, partnering with District leadership as needed.
• Serve as the primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Keep the store clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
