Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) to lead a new location from the ground up. You’ll own the customer experience, coach the team, manage store performance, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and compliance.

This full-time role offers salary plus bonus, with a range of $80,000 to $160,000 annually. You'll build a high-performing, customer-first culture and partner with district leadership to execute growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L-related results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience and build trust with customers.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, inclusive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet or exceed targets (sales, car count, gross profit, labor, and expenses).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
