Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) to run a high-performing Sun Auto Tire & Service location. You will be the on-site leader responsible for customer experience, team development, financial results, safety, and daily operations.

You will grow within a values-driven culture, manage store performance, and collaborate with district leadership to drive sales, profitability, engagement, and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong sales, operations, and team leadership track record.
• Experience managing store KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L-related results.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, inclusive, safety-focused environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute plans to meet targets (sales, car count, RO, gross profit).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, invoicing, returns, and warranties.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency; coordinate with leadership as needed.
• Serve as the primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Keep the store clean, safe, organized, and compliant with standards and regs.
• Work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
