Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Conway, Arkansas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a new location currently under construction. The role offers full-time hours with a pay range of $50,000-$80,000 per year, comprising hourly pay plus commission, plus growth opportunities toward Store Manager.

You will support daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive a strong customer experience, with opportunities for career advancement within the Sun Auto network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Strong communication, customer-first approach, and leadership ability.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic math for estimates and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations as manager on duty.
• Schedule, assign teammates, and manage shop workflow.
• Lead customer experience and document concerns.
• Present repair, tire, and maintenance recommendations.
• Help manage parts and tire inventory and POS accuracy.
• Follow safety, documentation standards, and company policies.
