Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service, owner of Plaza Tire Service, seeks a Store Manager to lead a new Conway location. You’ll own customer experience, team development, financial results, safety, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a customer-first experience and build long-term relationships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet/exceed targets.
• Own store-level P&L, drive revenue growth, labor efficiency, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including invoicing and returns.
