Job summary

Safelite Group in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff, cash handling, inventory, and safety protocols. You’ll drive performance against KPIs, train and coach team members, schedule staff, collaborate with field leaders, and uphold brand standards to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Qualifications include 3+ years of leadership in retail, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5–7 years leadership preferred.
• 3+ years leading teams in retail or service centers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, work orders, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPI targets and company goals (NPS, time to serve, conversions, quality).
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified and receive ongoing training and coaching for quality installs/repairs.
• Collaborate with marketing and field leaders to display materials and maintain proper records and safety standards.
