Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a store leader in the New York area. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, coaching teammates, merchandising and promotions to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes retail sales leadership, inventory control, payroll tracking, scheduling, and ongoing training to stay current with automotive service developments and company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail sales management experience required.
• Strong problem solving to handle customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers for personal sales and resolve issues to ensure loyalty.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
