Job summary

MAPCO is seeking a Store Manager in Anniston, AL to lead all aspects of the store’s team and operations, drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and hire talent, and deliver a superior guest experience through hands-on leadership.

You will train and develop the team, schedule shifts, monitor performance, forecast trends, and control payroll and expenses. Flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends, with on-call readiness to ensure a high‑performing, guest‑centric store.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience required.
• Flexibility in hours including evenings/weekends/holidays and ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.

• Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses

• Communicate company objectives as necessary
• Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service
• Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement
• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience while maintaining labor controls
• Other duties as assigned
