MAPCO Express, Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Decatur, Alabama to lead store operations and the team, drive profitability, manage inventory, and deliver a superior guest experience.

You will recruit and train staff, supervise performance, schedule shifts to meet guest demand, and actively manage P&L, payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses. This role emphasizes sales growth and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Flexibility in hours including evenings/weekends/holidays; able to work at least 50 hours per week.

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR
• The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month
• Availability to be on call 24/7

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
