Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store’s team and operations onsite. The role focuses on driving profitability, managing inventory, and delivering superior guest experiences.

You will recruit and hire talent, train and develop the team, and ensure exceptional service. The position requires flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays, and a willingness to work at least 50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and MVR.
• Flexibility in hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• On-call 24/7 availability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively manage P&L and inventory byidentifyingstore and category sales trends

• Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses

• Implement action plans to generate and driveadditionalsales opportunities

• Create an organized and process-oriented environment

• Communicate companyobjectivesas necessary

• Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service

• Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement

• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience whilemaintaininglabor controls

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
