Job summary

United Ag and Turf is seeking a Store Leader to drive the location business plan, profitability and customer satisfaction at our Abilene store. You will oversee sales, parts and service, manage staff and coordinate across departments to deliver consistent results.

The role requires 5+ years in retail, familiarity with John Deere products, and strong leadership with financial and marketing acumen. This position includes incentives, benefits and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a retail environment.
• 1+ additional years experience as a parts or service manager or in a sales role preferred.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Experience dealing with elevated customer issues.
• Ability to lead and motivate others; knowledge of financial metrics, marketing and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance for the location.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers and resolves elevated issues.
• Leads cross-department communication and regular staff meetings.
• Represents dealership values and implements best practices across departments.
• Supports marketing activities and oversees facility maintenance.
• Drives sales of machinery and equipment and represents the company to customers.
• Contributes to hiring, development and coaching of management staff.
• Maintains relationships with John Deere personnel.
