United Ag & Turf NE is seeking a General Manager to drive location performance, lead teams, and fulfill stakeholder expectations. You will oversee sales, budgets, and cost control while optimizing profitable growth and employee development.

In this role you will build strong customer relationships, coordinate cross-department communication, and represent the location in marketing and community activities. A background in agriculture or business with leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• 1+ year as parts/service manager or sales role preferred.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Experience dealing with elevated customer issues.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers and resolves issues.
• Leads department meetings and communicates values and vision.
• Coordinates with store managers to implement best practices.
• Oversees marketing activities and events at the location.
• Ensures maintenance, security, and professional appearance of the facility.
• Manages hiring, development, and coaching of the management team.
