Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, and conduct performance evaluations, ensuring effective implementation of store processes from ordering to customer service.

You will manage inventory and merchandising, analyze sales and expenses, enforce safety and company policies, and maintain a clean, secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math, interpret documents, and use register/reporting systems.
• Experience in retail management and leadership preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations.
